Amendment law of Article (44) of the Supreme Audit Court Act
Single Article: (Article 44) The Supreme Audit Court Act approved on 11,11,1361 (31,Jan,1983) Is amendment in the following context.
Article 44-The organizational structure of the Islamic Republic of Iran and all changes shall be provided by the organization and approved by the joint commission of administrative and civil services and supreme audit court, budget and financial affairs of the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
The above article, namely the single article, has been approved in the general public session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (parliament) on Wednesday
2,7,1376 (24,Sep,1997) and gained the final approval of the Guardian Council on 9,7,1376 (1,Oct,1997).
