SAC Takes Timely Action to Prevent Illegal Transfer of State Lands in Southern Iran

The Supreme Audit Court of Bushehr Province took timely action to prevent the illegal transfer of about 890 hectares of national lands illegally intended for creating shrimp farming sites.

Also, the report indicates that the case of transferring 22 hectares of state lands to Bushehr Special Economic Zone due to not receiving the real value of the land is being documented and referred to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of SAC.

Besides, the contract for the transfer of another 72 hectares was terminated due to the non-exploitation of the transferred lands within a certain period of time.
